A Chartered Accountant by profession, he was previously employed as Audit Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick; Assistant General Manager of NEM Insurance Company (Ja) Ltd.; and Finance Director at T. Geddes Grant Distributors/Neal & Massy Group.

Mr. Morris was appointed to the NEM Board in November 1999. He is also a Director of Jamaica National Building Society, JN Fund Managers Ltd. and JN Finance Ltd.
Mr. Morris has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He has extensive management and Board experience, including 7 years as Chief Operating Officer of Jamaica Producers Group Limited. |

An Insurance Executive with over 30 years experience, Errol T. Ziadie was appointed Managing Director by the Board of NEM on April 23, 2001 and retired June 2006. Mr. Ziadie is the former General Manager and a Director of General Accident Insurance Company Ltd, Former Chairman of the Jamaica Association of General Insurance Companies (JAGIC) for over eleven years and Past President of the Insurance Institute of Jamaica. Mr. Ziadie is currently acting as a consultant to the JN Group, and was appointed Director of NEM in July 2006. |

Mrs.
Nash Campbell is the Chief Executive Officer of Corporate
Administrators Ltd.
She has served in the capacity of Company Secretary to
the Board of Directors of NEM since 1984. During her distinguished
career, Mrs. Nash-Campbell has functioned as Company Secretary
to a number of prominent companies.

Mr Cunningham is co-Managing Director of Pioneer Chocolate Company
Ltd., manufacturer of cocoa and confectionery products. He attended
Hope Preparatory School, de Carteret College and the University of
Toronto. Mr. Cunningham joined the NEM Board of Directors in May 2005. Mr. Cunningham also serves on the boards of Jamaica National Building Society, Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica, Development Bank of Jamaica and is Chairman of Belair School in Mandeville.

Dr Parris Lyew-Ayee is the Director of the Mona GeoInformatics Institute at the University of the West Indies.
Dr Lyew-Ayee was appointed to the NEM Board of Directors in May 2007. He holds a Bachelors degree with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies in Earth Science, and his doctorate from the University of Oxford.
He is Chairman of the Water Resources Authority, and his other board appointments include the National Housing Trust, Management Control Systems, the Jamaica Conservation and Development Trust, and the Advisory Board of the National Works Agency.

Mr. Roberts was previously the Deputy Managing Director of the Gleaner Co. Ltd before his retirement. He is currently the director of various companies, including The Gleaner Co. Ltd., Sangsters Book Stores Ltd, Puttnams Limited, and the Independent Radio Co. Ltd, since 1975. He is also a Director of the JN Fund Managers Ltd which is a subsidiary of Jamaica National Building Society. He studied at the University of Edinburgh and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Scotland and Jamaica. Mr. Roberts has been a Justice of the Peace of Kingston since 1980. |
